During the Chinese new year, the lead time will be about 10-15 days after receiving the deposit;

30% prepayment after confirming the proforma, 70% balance before the shipment

1. Strict detection during production.
2. Strict sampling inspection on products before shipment and intact product packaging ensured.

Can I get the sample to make sure the quality before the order ?

Yes, we accept the one A4 size sample order before your final order.

Can you provide transportation services for the order? How are the costs calculated?

Yes, we can provide transportation services for your order.

Our products could be shipped by air, by sea, and by road;

The cost is calculated based on several factors such as the distance, and mode of transportation; Once we have these details, we can provide you with an accurate quote for the transportation cost;

Our products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

How can you guide clients' technicians to use the equipment correctly, after received the machine?

we will provide one set of Manuel of the machine, and we will provide the operating video of the machine;
